★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had shopped for a product. The sales executive swiped my card for the bill amount but never issued a bill saying there is an issue. with the system and they will send the bill to my mobile number. So far I haven't received a soft copy on my mobile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have no stock of any product at all. Moreover, they don't bother calling back when they do. I love Body Shop products but this outlet is just poorly managed and run, would recommend buying it online!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the products, but the staff have got to stop following people around, it's very annoying. We will ask for help when needed. It makes for a terrible customer/ shopping experience. Almost throws us out of the store in less than 5 minutes because it's that irritating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff has absolutely no knowledge about the products. While making the payment I gave her a debit card to swipe and she said it is not working so I gave a different one then she said the server was not working and threw my card at me. I had to just leave my purchase and walk out!!!!
