Also they force to take extra extended warranty to complete its target.
I Cancel my purchase i decide to buy Hundai i20.
Very Very Bad experience with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HSRP booking website is taking fitment charges online while making online booking for the plate but still NEXA plate fitting staff is charging Rs 50 additionally per number plate. None of the staff is ready to deal with this. They are all doing such non-sense as they have monopoly these days in Prayagraj.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They're so disgusting, I am looking to buy my first car, I went in there to look for the 2022 baleno, they showed me the car that was on display, it was good, then asked me to pay the booking amount immediately, I said that let me first test drive the car then I'll pay. To which they took me to the basement of the complex and there was a baleno standing... They told me to drive the car in the basement itself, I was so disappointed in them , I said , sir , I will drive the car on road, not in the basement... Why can't I drive it in the road, to which they said ki iska insurance nahi hai isliye road pe nahi nikalenge... Are bhai 500 metre se chala lene do... Jab aapko khud apni gadi ki build quality pe bharosa nahi hai, to hum kyon kare? I booked a skoda kushaq instead. And now I'm happy! Pathetic maruti !
