★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ground floor has showroom of Maruti Suzuki Nexa. On 1st floor there is some one day exam coaching institute. And above them is dhyeya ias coaching institute. There is also a gym on the 7th floor. And parking facilities are available underground. Lifts are also available here.

(Uptown Liquor Land) & the famous Old school cafe. This Building also has ample of parking space available on the ground & basement parking .
