★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently I bought a new Maruti Ciaz from Nexa showroom of Bhandari Automobiles, Alipore, Kolkata. And my experience is incredible. The staffs in this dealership are well trained and very professional. The sales representative assisting me with the purchase is Mr Soumyadip Kulin and his reporting manager Mr Amit Bardhan. Both are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to helping me pick up a vehicle that suits my lifestyle needs. They are cooperative, prompt, friendly and patient in the whole process, and explicitly explains all the fees /taxes that may apply. They arranged the test drive immediately as per my ease. They also helped provide me a great price including everything I was looking for plus a great deal in exchanging my old car. They were upfront and honest about everything and went way out of their way to make sure all of my needs were met. If you are planning to buy any NEXA cars, then I would strongly recommend you check them out. Thanks Bhandari Automobile for an incredible experience. And obviously 5 STARS!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all this was my first car and the experience was just fantastic in Nexa. Specially have to mentioned Mr.Pradip. He was just phenomenon. In spite of know nothing about car, just by his proper guidance and a polite warm behavior, its become buttery smooth. His last word to me was "Sir! Aap befikar hoke car chalaiye... tension mujpe chor dijiye . And really he did this.... Lots of thanks Pradip. I highly recommended Nexa Chetla over any other showroom and specially contact with Mr. Pradip. He is a real gentleman and a nice sales person too.

I explored a lot of Google reviews before contacting NEXA Bhandari and during my first call, I categorically asked to appoint Mr. Pradip Shaw as my RM and today I feel that I did the right decision in choosing Pradip. He is one of the most humble, polite & knowledgeable person and every customers can blindly rely on him. Yes, one can blindly rely on Pradip. He will make the customers understand each & every aspect of vehicle & RTO related matters very well. He will always guide you properly as per your requirement and will also suggest good & useful accessories, but will never force you to buy unnecessary accessories just for mere selling purpose and that's when you will feel proper guidance & trust. Pradip is undoubtedly a GEM of NEXA Bhandari.
I got the delivery of my new Ciaz Alpha on 2nd Dec 2021 and the entire process, starting from booking till delivery, went very smooth & hassle-free. I was in regular contact with Pradip during this one month period and trust me, he is still in contact post delivery and is guiding me with all possible means of support.
So, if you are planning to purchase any car from NEXA showroom, then I will strongly recommend you to opt for NEXA Bhandari at Chetla. I, being the resident of Bolpur-Shantiniketan, checked almost 6-7 NEXA showrooms and finally settled with NEXA Bhandari.
Kudos to NEXA Bhandari of Chetla and huge appreciation to Mr. Pradip Shaw for delivering such level of excellent customer service on consistent basis.
