★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude on call. I called them with an inquiry and the response was abysmal. I asked if they had this particular variant of a car in stock and he cut the call. I thought it was an error and called back and he said 'bola toh ki nahi hai mere paas' and hung up again. Totally disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst car dealer I have ever seen, Booked a XUV 700 in Oct 21 and paid 21000, when we came to know that the delivery will happen after almost a year, within few days of booking we cancelled the booking and requested for refund. The sales person told they will deduct 10% of the booking amount and refund the rest. Its more than 4 months now, multiple emails with no responses, multiple calls in which the sales guy promises a new date every time. Mahindra is a big fraud, they are running a Scam, they are creating type of their products and then taking huge booking and then enjoying those booking amounts for months. THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE.
ON TOP OF IT MAHINDRA IS ALSO NOT RESPONDING TO EMAILS. VERY VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The showroom is located at a prime location but like all other showroom all over India they are charging incidental charges in disguise of handling and transportation charges i.e. Somewhere between 0.5% to 1% of the ex-showroom price which is illegal and included in the ex-showroom price. Kindly report the problem to Mahindra and Mahindra for this illegal and fraud practice done nationwide.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice experience. Went to enquiry abouth XUV 700. Car was there on Display. All variant details along with features were explained clearly. Soumyadeep present on the Dealer location was very knowledgeable and polite as well. Overall the experience was really nice.
