★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is ordinary. We been there today but we seat at least 10 minutes no one ask about why you came than we contact on of sales person than they consult us. Price wise is batter than other showroom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I m from Western Railway and we are planned to purchase new Ceaz for the official purpose(Government), since one week i m trying to get quotation from Kiran Motors, Akshar chowk, Vadodara , for this i called to concern person at agency but still they are not give me quotation and also contact to call center but they also not show interest for this deal. It is disappointing and non professional attitude of agency people. Management may look into this type of complaint

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had purchased S Cross Zeta model on 25/12/2020 as per deal they have offered accessories of Rs 15000 but at the time delivery rewired accessories were not available so I could get accessories of Rs 5000.Now refund of Rs 10000 is still pending. I have contacted concern sales executive for number times and sent what so msg for refund but there is no response. Till date I haven't got refund.
Second on google they are showing number which is of head office they call back and convey that concern dealer office will call you but there is no call .
Wait wait and wait.
Not providing required accessories are problem of whom? Why I should suffer.
Kindly solve my query today itself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Experience with the sales person of NEXA Akshar Chowk most casual and pathetic approach the sales persons threatening words over phone were "buy it form the Kataria showroom not from our Kiran Motors" this is how they deal with customer. The most Worst and lethargic Services, believe me guys don't turn to this showroom ever if u wish to have a hassle free services.
