★ ★ ★ ★ ★ REALLY DISAPPOINTED BY SHREE GOPINATHJI.
This was not expected from Shree Gopinathji like reputed company. If this case was not happened to me might be my review was different. I bought Kia on dated 1st october 2020. At the time of delivery I asked for tire inflator that I purchased as asessory. The sales person told me that tire inflator is out of stock and will provide me once it is available in stock. Later I need to go to my native. I asked for tire inflator from sales person He told me to buy it from out side and also told me to adjust the amount in my credit note. But in march i asked him about amount and the figure he gave me was not including the price of that tyre inflator. I asked him so many times and always he made excuses about the same. After that I visited Showroom and told them all the things. They are blaming me now that I am making a False call because there is no mismatch in their stock. I told them if I have not taken the Tyre Inflator and your stock is also matching means someone is there who stole it. Please find out. I also called to KIA care but they also disappoint me by doing nothing. I have recording of that sales person where he is admitting all this and also all the conversation done with Kia Care. NO ONE WILL HELP YOU BECAUSE YOU ARE A SIMPLE CITIZEN OF THIS COUNTRY.
