★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are very reliable and honest. Most of my car service happens here (every 6 months) and insurance I buy from here. Insurance also they give very competitive rates and its always is a good deal.
They also have a service where they will rescue your car if its down in middle of the road.
Things to improve: they are closed on Sundays, but atleast the car rescue service should be available as car can breakdown any day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't go to this place . Initially it was good when it started , service and staff was good back then.
Now they just want to cheat you. They suggested decarbonisation twice in 6 months even after doing it once. They will charge you hefty without delivering the promises.
They now have many services done so you might end up giving your car for 2 days.
No co-ordination between front desk and car service team. Avoid this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estimated time of repair given at their kalali service centre was 1.5months, but car returned after 2.5 months, after a police complaint and after using high contacts at insurance provider. Reasons given were - non availability of parts for 2months, and then issue at insurance end despite getting cashless approval on the very 1st day.
Would advise all of you to get your cars repaired at your own brand service centre instead, to save important time and uber expenses.
