They used hammer to make hole on car body instead of drilling, so the body got damaged. The service boy has damaged my car at the time of installation the accessories. I also told to accessoris department, but no reply. Its very disappointed.

Extremely knowledgeable, and I would say they tried everything they could to helpnus with the whole process and helping us choose the car we wanted. We didn't have to go anywhere else. Mr. Sabyasachi Chaudhuri and his team are on the ball in every aspect!

The NEXA was quite cosy.
However,the point I wish to mention is that within 40 minutes of booking my car, Maruti announced a hike in their base prices which seemed to be quite unfortunate and disappointing.When a company commits a price,it should stick to it ,at least on the point of booking.Otherwise it raises the question mark with respect to credibility towards commitment.After all ,the policy framers should realize that the time interval between payment and delivery can never be the fault or responsibility of the buyer.

Delivery experience was not bad, RM was good and cooperative. However accessory department has very bad service. Purchased ignis zeta for which ordered roofwrap which they were unable to install during delivery time, after 10days they came for roofwrap, door visor & number plate guard installation but they forgot to bring number plate guard. Then they installed roofwrap very poorly and told that they will fix with some heat spray very next day and also bring number plate guard along with them. But again they are delaying the service for another 4 days.
