Sent my car for bumper repair with on call expense estimate of around 8-10k. When car reached at service station, mechanic there told me after examining car that coolant of car is also leaking and some part related to AC is also broken which will result in AC not working properly (though it was not the case in my experience). And due to all this expense estimate is around 17-18k.
After listening to all this i doubted legitimacy of these statements and asked for my car back without repair. And later got it repaired from other nexa service center and turns out only thing needing replacement was bumper and expense was around 9k.
