★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Society should be kept more clean as outdoor is not clean and can say good society. Some work is going on in phase II and I . People who are living here are friendly and cooperative. Overall good place to stay for middle class family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good place to stay, transportation is available like BEST buses and rickshaws. Rickshaws are available on sharing basis with ₹15 per person to Kandivali station in the day, but it's nearly impossible to get even a regular auto rickshaw (no sharing) in the evening. Good society with fitness club and swimming pool in the vicinity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Narrow minded people, they don't let the single lady stay alone and don't allow visitors at home. There's no such rule in the society however they listen to the owner of the house rather than the tenant weather the owner is right or wrong. House are too small like pigeon holes with no sunlight. Attitude of security guards is too bad. President is too arrogant. It's like staying in a cage there for tenants. My advice please skip it if u wish to stay on rent. Avoid staying in 1E,701 as it's a haunted house and the owner Sushmita Majumder is nothing but a bundle of negative energies. She wouldn't return your deposit if you want to vacate the house and the negative energies present in the house would not let you sleep in the night.She gets tenants with the help of Bipin Tiwari who would never favour you and would talk from the side of the owner.Invest only if you are adventurous enough to be dealing with ghosts as well the humans without heart.
