★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stay here since its inception in 2008 & must say it is one of the best societies in western suburbs! Well laid out flats with sufficient play area in premises for kids, state of the art clubhouse, swimming pool & a close knit group of residents. All festivals are celebrated with pomp & glory in this well managed society!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is Very good housing society. There are no flats with common walls. The club house having gym and pool are always well maintained. Gym is 24 hrs. There are many evening groups senior uncles
walking and chatting, seniors ladies reciting bahjans, 2 kids areas. There are at least 2 group of kids playing in 2 sections of society every evening . The society has good walking space for both evening and morning walks/jogs. It also have an active cricket club.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very well maintained and managed. High security entry with video cams around. Great embience. Basement parking available. Various facilities available for residents. Lush green big parks near to the complex. Getting here from Highway during peak hours is a challenge. The entry and exit towards highway are chocked with traffic most of the time

Property appreciation on rates over a decade could have been better. It’s in a blue zone coz it’s on the same industrial belt like Mahindra. Rentals have not increased over the years. Club house is good as compared to other societies in area. Building needs a makeover since it’s not been painted for a while. Walking space is amazing. Young couples to kid friendly: approach via Akurli road is cumbersome but that’s Mumbai suburbs for you.

Though the building is now quite old but it's very well maintained.
