★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sorry to say but the experience at Bandra store was super unpleasant yesterday. No covid precautions and the female staff was rude and didn’t care at all. After billing, my clothes were just kept on the cash counter and was told to take it without putting it in a bag. Then another salesgirl came and gave it to me as if she’s doing a favour. Am a shopaholic and have never experienced such an unprofessional approach ever. So you guys have just lost one customer. Cheers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the Colaba store. The one at Bandra was disappointing. No Covid precautions were taken, no temperature check, clothes lying in piles, really hard to pick from. Also a very disgruntled staff except one sincere guy who seems to be bullied by two girls at the counter. He seemed to make an effort while the girls either didn’t care or threw their weight around. Some staff training is absolutely necessary to keep up to the brand name & experience. Also a lot of items that showed available at the Bandra store online were not actually availablewhen we walked in. Our items were billed even before showing us the final piece. When we insisted on a fresh piece there was so much resentment over everything we wanted to walk out. Finally they did us a favour and fixed it leaving the items at the counter and disappearing again. When we asked what next they asked if we needed bags and seems like they expected us to help ourselves. What a terrible experience. I’d have spent more time there but had to leave asap to get away from the unpleasantness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for an exchange to the Bandra Store. The staff was extremely polite, especially the assistant store manager, one Mr Sagar Saini was very helpful. Showed me all the designs etc- was super patient.
Kudos to Nicobar for maintaining all sanitisation protocols as well.
Of course, love the designs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My shopping experience at the Bandra store was fab!! The clothing here is super trendy and comfortable and makes one stand out in the crowd! Sagar, the guy who helped me in the store with designs and sizes was very humble, polite and sweet. All in all, I would definitely rate this as a five star experience and I look forward to shopping here more often ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There's some very interesting piece of articles. I was visiting the store for the first time, and stumbled upon really interesting home decor and cutlery pieces. I was guided by Sagar, who was sharing my vision when I expressed the purpose of my visit and made sure I left the store content! He put together a beautiful gift box combined with personal care, a reusable bamboo travel cup! I cannot recommend enough for anyone trying to gift or purchase for themselves a conscious item to take the help of the staff they are more than happy to advise and guide you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Regarding their website order gone awry. Terrible tech and customer care unreachable. My gift voucher was accepted by the website but order not placed. When I tried placing actual order it shows no funds in the card! Customer care team has one mobile listed on the website which is conveniently unreachable. Messaged them on Instagram and Facebook and again no response. Maybe they are off on Sundays or maybe they just have a horrible experience for first time consumers. AVOID AT ALL COSTS FOR PEACE OF MIND
