★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr akshay is an experienced doctor who gives a detailed report.. did my 4d scan here.. my baby's face wasn't visible.. Dr Akshay was calm and did the scan till I was satisfied..
Recommend this place to each and every expecting mom..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently travelled to Dr Akshay’s clinic from the UK for some diagnostics. Dr Akshay and his team were very professional in their communication from first contact. Nidaan diagnostic and CBCT Centre is a beautiful clinic with the latest technology and world class customer experience. The end to end professionalism I experienced can only be described as ‘world class’. I would highly recommend anyone without hesitation considering their options on diagnostics for their on going treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my scans done on 28th April, 2017 around 3pm. Got the CD in an hour, apparently I had to receive the hard copy by evening or next day(29th April) before my extraction, and had informed on same. Was informed it shall be directly be sent to doctor before 11am. To my dismay in Morning when I visited the doctor., the doctor had not received it. And on calling the center, they(receptionist and Dr. Zoheb) said I could collect it myself from the center. On coming to the center the receptionist had to say, the delivery guy is on dispatch, and is not answering. Speaking to the Head - Dr. Akshay Shah, he said we usually do not re-print, coz it is expensive and that he has one delivery guy that moves around pune.. Then why did you charge me the money for?? Asking me to relax. Dr. Akshay - you are a doctor yourself, rather than asking me to relax, you could have understood the importance of time and a mistake from your management would have gained you onus! Absurd replys for 30mins or more and now finally they agree to reprint. These people are utterly non-professional, and have no value for others time. The receptionist still has the audacity to tell me, I'll take 20more mins, and here I stand in pain ;my other doctors appointment stands cancelled coz the prints will take 20-30mins. Thank you for ur pathetic services Nidaan.. I'll never recommend to anyone!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nidaan diagnostic is a beautiful clinic with latest technology and world class customer experience.The staff was friendly and efficient. I hope I knew about this place earlier ,could have done my earlier ultrasounds here only.
Must say Dr. Akshay Shah, is gem of a person very polite and friendly. He explained the development of my baby very patiently, also he was very informative on any questions asked on same.
Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a Dr myself.i had the opportunity of visiting this place for the first time and it was such a worst experience. I visited there in the afternoon..it was lunch time ..the lady there asked me to wait for half hour they had closed the door and there was a dirty bench outside the clinic...so I thought to walk down and come again. It was a hot summer day....in 10 minutes we came back.....I had my daughter and my husband with me..had to get opg and lat cephalogram done....sat there on the dirty bench as we had no other option....after luch time I knocked the door still the rude receptionist was like wait ....i just opened the shutter and I could see a huge waiting area there and i just wondered these people are having so much of space and not allowing the patients to come and sit inside ....I asked the receptionist about this ..her answer was just disgusting..she said we were having lunch and if anything gets misplaced (she means the patients who come there will rob them).....we were so exhausted in the sun ...i couldn't believe that people in today's times can be so rude pathetic and horrible.... After reading others reviews I can imagine how the owner is....these people are a huge black blot on humanity....I had a heated argument with the receptionist (who says she has been working there for 30 years) i cannot imagine the way they might be treating people.thanks to God that my daughter was not in pain ... imagine if some patient with pain comes there...what nonsense lunch time....in today's times it's unbelievable....at least let the patients sit comfortably....to my surprise there was nothing in the waiting area that one could steal except stainless steel heavy chairs...there was CCTV I said her you have CCTV also.....they are really dumb people.....i would strongly suggest to avoid visiting this place. They are quite costly compared to market price. For these two tests the lady asked for 1600/-....being a doctor i confirmed with other reputed lab where they charge only 1100/-. I refused the tests there and just walked away I did my tests at PH diagnostics where everyone gets well treated as humans.....one star is because you cannot post your review without that.... ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. You can not sit inside with patient all you want to wait outside for hours also you can not go with your wife inside to see the sonography. My preferred doctor for sonography is another ( not mentioning name ) but they have very good service and a experienced doctor. This will be my first and last time here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited here as the USG at diagnopien was out of order that day. First of all the staff and specially the doctor Dr. Akshay Shah was quite rude.
But the worst thing is they do the wrong diagnosis, i have done the USG on January and it shows 1 stone(11mm) in gallbladder, so in April before surgery I went here to do the USG again and they give the report which says it becomes 2 stones of 8mm and 6.6mm...... And after 2 days i have the surgery and It comes out that I have only one stone of 11mm....
