★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has already been 10 months but i did not get any service of the product that i had purchased before moreover they are giving me false hope in this pandemic for past 6 months that they will look after this . Few weeks before durga puja service manTuhin Banerjee was provided by them he assured me that after puja they will give servicing and also the parts of the product because it is within the warranty period but when i am trying to contact them now they are giving excuses that i have to buy the parts and also the service man didn't receive my phonecall . After buying such costly things if they do not help us during this pandemic what's was the point then if i do not get a proper service . I am really sorry i had to write this here even i will post in fb nd willtalkconsumer service also.bcuz they not provide any satisfactoryjob r concern .so i m mentally harass.
