★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave interview in Vikas Medical Devices , kolkata for the post of Secretary / Executive Assistant . The behavior of HR was worst , he even doesn't know how to take interview . I am an Experienced Candidate , but he did not ask a single question about any admin subject . Instead , he was busy to come in conclusion that i was not fit for the position . What sort of bogus interview was that ? Without asking me anything in detail about the subject how HR could come in conclusion ? It seemed he was busy to reject me as i was an Experienced candidate , and he was looking for a fresher candidate with little salary ....
