★ ★ ★ ★ ★ M very much regrets to write this entire thing here but it is the only way to express my feeling towards the whole world.
Once upon a time I was an employee of Nightingales Medical trust in Bangalore. There are some main reasons for my resignations from the mentioned trust are—
•The salary payment is very poor in comparison to duty hour.
•The staffs are not nice for the management of the trust.
•They do partiality to the employees regarding salary i.e. some get more and some get less in the same work position.
• Once they put up in the service then they do not care what will happen to the employees even if the employee is suffered.
•I suppose to get salary but I didn’t get yet even it has been five months over.
•I did call many times to HR of Nightingales of Bangalore Branch regarding my salary even I met personally but it all went worst.
In conclusion, I do request all the staffs of nightingales to handle the trust and employees with care so that the fame of the trust blooms in the entire whole. As the Nightingales medical trust is for the betterment for our elders of the entire world.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent Centre, almost like hospital, giving great care to people who get old, and cannot do things on their own, and their own families might find it tough to cater to their basic daily needs. For such people, this Centre provides excellent care, upholding human dignity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited NMT with Bangalore Moral School students as a part of social awareness program.This is a well maintained service oriented facility for aged people. The facility is clean and looks to be well equipped. Doing a great service to the society.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definately it's a better place than many similar center's in Bangalore but cost is really high. It is definitely not for middle class. I was zapped when I was asked to pay RS. 500 in cash while leaving the facilities. I visited to check the place for one of my parents. Nobody told me while showing the facilities but suddenly while Ieaving I was told to pay. It was really disappointing. Also, there was no receipt given for Rs. 500. I hope management will look in to this.

They keep charging for everything and if we ask discounts, they tell in rude way stating why have come here if you want discounts.. I wish I could have given zero star instead of 1. I strongly suggest not come here.
