★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Upgraded my laptop from hdd to ssd from here last month. They did a great job & my laptop is working way faster than before. Kushal (owner) also got me a good discount from my old HDD. Nice & humble person - knows much about computers & have good engineers. Best place to upgrade or build pcs. Reasonable price, Recommended ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible. They replaced our original dell charger with a fake one and have been trying to impose that this fake charger is ours. Even after complaining, they forced my sibling to take the fake one with her stating that she is confused. And within two days, the ill-fitting power cord was burnt. When we got it checked with an authorized dealer of dell, we got to know the the power cord is fake. Now after raising complaints to the owner, he is not answering the calls. Better stay away from such irresponsible and arrogant person and place that hardly listens to customer complaints and simply dupes people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am writing this review after using my serviced laptop for over a week from this store. I had gone in to upgrade my laptop. I got a SSD added and upgraded my RAM from Kushal. He is aware of what he is doing. I insisted on getting the laptop early and Kushal obliged and did the entire work in front of me. The laptop was upgraded and serviced in about 3 hours.
I had visited a couple of stores before landing at Kushal's store. Compared to the them Kushal did not seem like he wanted to hide some thing. The pricing was reasonable considering the peers and lack of trust in other stores. I am not giving 5 stars because there is always scope to do better, specially in the pricing department. I will be back for my computer needs.
