★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My laptop was not at all allowing me to log in post upgrading to Windows10 and it hanged at the login page itself.
I was looking out for a professional and genuine service and an engineer who will come at my residence and help me with a resolution as I was reluctant to hand over my laptop to a third party.
And I tried reaching many software repair services near me and finally came across PC Software Repair.
Raja, who is the engineer, personally visited my residence , identified the correct problem that my hard disk has gone into a.bad state and helped me with an authentic new HDD. He also helped me recover the entire data which was again a challenge given the state of my old HDD and got it restored to the new HDD
Thanks for the wonderful service.
Kudos to Raja the engineer who is not only genuine but also friendly in his communication and is well equipped with all the expertise.
Also I just contacted him once andd all the time it was Raja who kept me updated on all the happenings then be it purchase of new HDD or be it dara recovery.
I didn't do any follow up and Raja took care of everything and helped me with the entire solution in a single day and that too at my doorstep.
Thanks for such a wonderful service.
Had there been more than 5 stars I would have gone for it, but right now, 5 being the highest, I would like to give a 5 star rating to PC Software Repair

The problem which I had was something that was said to be complex by couple of other computer engineers but this guys was quick in resolving the issue.

Raja was honest that data recovery will not be possible and gave me a fair estimate to replace the hard drive. He even delivered the laptop at home. All this was done within a day. I will recommend PC software repair and Raja for laptop repair works.
