★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prompt computers have very satisfactery customer service,but Kindly dont bye any product of artis very poor quality ,i had purchased 65w adaptor for laptop its heating after 10 minutes,the service center only replaced the barcode sticker and returned me the same adapter again.later they provided me new adapter through prompt computers.

I had given my smps for repairing on 9 sept they told me it will be repaired and given in 2-3 working days .
They took almost a month to give me back,in between i have visited several times because they didn't receive the call also, and every time I went there and gave them my bill they took it and search gor almost half and hour in there records and then they say it will take more 2-3 days,they can't even maintain the records..
Don't give your things to repair or replace them because after repairing also it got shock circuit in very first time after reattaching.
Very bad experience.
