★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought this today at around 2.30 and kept it the fridge.Took it out at 5pm to eat and it is stinking.The guy at the counter must be knowing it’s stale ,still sold it.I eat this Kitkat pastry often but today’s experience is very bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered food worth INR 3645.00 on 25-02-22 vide KOT # 397022 with slip # DL21220067409 at Table # 3 at GK 2 outlet. When I asked for a simple extra dip with Kathi roll chicken, the server asked rs 50 for extra dip of 20 ml.
It was so disappointing that the owner from Australia has such uneducated staff who refused to give extra 20 ml dip unless we paid for that dip

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unsatisfactory!! Overpriced.. Not worth the money.. Really disappointed with the what of food I ordered (cheese chilli bruschetta, paneer tikka bagel and smoothies). A big no, if you wanna try American bakery taste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The taste of the food is not worth the cost. Not worth a second visit. Bad taste at a big price. The positive points are it's a nice and comfortable place to sit, eat and chat. The seating arrangement is good and not congested. The decoration is simple and aesthetic from inside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my first visit and probably gonna be the last. We have ordered a Casear Salad, Grilled chicken, smoked chicken sandwish and Mojito. I’d say this one and only star must only go to the sandwich. The ranch sauce I was expecting for the salad was not what is usually sided to caesar salads. It took the kitchen 30 minutes or so to bring the Grilled chicken to the table when we have already been done with the sandwich and salad. To my surprise the chicken thighs were still pink and chewy. I mean there’s a difference between a juicy chicken and a raw one. I asked the manager to return the plate to the kitchen and issue a refund which they declined and offered to take pastry instead. It’s like you didn’t enjoy the food and they insist to give you more. I also found the jam and breakfast cakes to be over priced. The 350 rupees Mojito was served in paper cups whereas water was served in glasses. Nothing special about the Mojito at this price. The sitting area was spacious and nice I can say.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a good experience. Price is obviously as per the location (i.e. GK). All the dishes were good enough to try once. Ambience was soothing. There's parking space available in front of the café with normal charges as per MCD parking rates.
