The taste is awsm..... they maintain a very high standard of cleanliness and quality..... all the items are fresh..... Very neat and tidy place.... staff is also very courteous. They have good and variety of products to cater all needs.... Good Place to visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my birthday and having a sweet tooth I ordered from this place as a pre birthday celebrations.
I ordered red velvet and chocolate mousse pastries.
Both pastries were good.
Red velvet had those white chocolate waffle sticks over it, the taste was fine.
The chocolate mousse pastry a bit better.
I had ordered their veg sandwich as well which was dry and not that great I would say.
Overall it was a satisfactory place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered all eggless items in a hamper called ‘Sweet of Love’ on the occasion of Mother’s Day today, the team sent us a egg cake in it !!
My wife is allergic to egg, she ate it n she severely affected due to this & vomited the whole thing !!

Post this incident, I called a representative presented at the bakery, that employee said sorry sir, it happened by mistake, seriously ??
Due to your carelessness, my wife got ill and you guys ruined the whole occasion during this serious time with everyone...
Your service is not at all recommended!!
Really very disappointed, can’t even trust your products...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered from La mia via Zomato for my birthday snacks. Now I was expecting that they would not have the quantity I required , 20 paneer puffs and 6 chicken puffs , but surprisingly they accepted the order so I was relaxed. But after sometime I got a call saying that they didn't have the items and were asking me to cancel to which I said there is no cancellation option from my end and I would loose money for no fault of mine. Then I was given the number of the manager and was asked to speak with him. He informs me that they'll cancel my order and get it delivered fresh by their end the next day and would also have to not pay 25% commission to Zomato , so it would be a win win for both. I would just have to pay an advance and I agreed to it . But after the cancellation , the manager was pretty rude on call and demeaning aswell. Not only that he was acting smart by saying that I would have to pay 1600 instead of 1300(which was my Zomato Pro total) eventhough he was saving 25% commission . I had to fight back and didn't agree to it and he finally agreed to 1300 only as I believe he was going to make a bill for 1300 but pocket the extra 300 cash for himself as the payment was going via him. Honestly was very disappointed by the service . The food came on time the next day and the packaging was great and so was the taste . But the overall experience for ordering was just horrid. If anyone has to ever deal with the Manager of La Mia , Sagar , I wish them the very best as his behaviour is just not acceptable. Just because of this bad service I am taking 2 whole stars off because otherwise it would have been 5/5 cause of the timely delivery , packaging , taste of the puffs and the overall price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited La Mia for a quick bite in the morning at 11. Was looking to have veg puff but the staff themselves told that puffs are not fresh. Most of other stuff were also day old. Fresh bakes should be available by 11 I guess but not here. Had a chocolate croissant and a cheese croissant with coffee. Sugar sachets with coffee looked pretty old and we're completely crystallised. Food was also very average. Ambiance is good and the colors look vibrant but if food is not good in a bakery, it doesn't deserve a good rating.
