★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had the worst experience shopping at this outlet. I went to buy a gift for my husband and as I was not sure of the gift, I inquired from the staff about exchanging the same. They told me I could exchange the item but forgot to tell me a lot of the other information about losing my discount on the exchange item and what all evidences they wanted me to keep for the exchange. The day before I attempted to exchange it, I called up and was told to ensure I had the bill copy but when I went there the whole story became about a the tag of the item. All in all, worst shopping experience I have had in a while, staff was just unable to first properly communicate their requirement and then to accommodate a consumer's request.
Will never visit Nike again after this experience.

As the customer enter the showroom, the staff greets them with smile and they try to help him in selecting his choice of products.
In addition, they accept payment through various methods such as cash, cards and mobile wallets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude staff , the senior staff was betting with junior staff if I would buy something or just came in for looking around, noticing this attitude I changed my mind and went to sketchers and bought a decent pair from their, furthermore as I was walking out, the senior staff was passing smug smiles to each other, I wonder if nike is damaging its image by employing such bad staff at such a good location, the management should take note and spend some money on training their staff

My shoe got a defect within 6 months ,these people just are so cold and no response, kindly check three to four times before buying from this outlet , you may be handed over a defective item and once you have paid ,they don't know you .
I will suggest try other outlets or brands,the big showroom may impress you but the price you pay is not worth it
