Make the picture veryvclear as when one cn start construction..And if u r not able to justify ur promises (fake one) then plz return our hard earned money...

I have booked plot no 3 to 5 at nilgiri green city at dandi village near padao in 2014 and paid a sum of Rs.17.2 lac as advance to nilgiri infracity pvt ltd on various instalments. when i contacted company's Director mr vikash singh for registraion of my plot, he promised to register plots in 3 months but no satisfactory response received in regard to register the plots. in this connection i request director of the company to refund my money with interest or register the plot immediately. No satisfactory response received from management so far even after 6 visits to office in two years. i hope director will take immediate action to fulfil the conditions laid down in agreement or regund the amount with interest. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchased 2 plots no 318 and 319 in Nilgiri green padao., Dandi dated feb 2015. I have paid 13.63 lacs to Nilgiri in various instalments. They said that they will register my plot by Oct 17. But., Nothing happened. Then I applied for cancellation in Dec 17. They promised me to refund my money in 90 days. But, till date no response from Vikas singh. We are following up with Amit jaiswal, pradeep jaiswal continuously. They are only making fake promises. Mr vikas singh ; please understand that this is my hard earned money and you have ruined my expectations. Please refund my money immediately. I don't want any plot at babatpur. Please refund my 13.63 lacs along with interest which you are keeping since feb 2015. Please understand, I am in urgent need of money. Please refund my money immediately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased 2 plots in Nilgiri Green City, Padao on 2nd July 2015. Plot A/234B & A/235B of 1430 sqft each. Payment made Rs 12,10,000. I have applied cancellation on 20th Sept 2017 and I have not received my refund till now.
I have always received fake promises from the company management.
The company is even not responding to my mails now.
Mr. Vikas Singh, kindly understand that I am in urgent need of the money.
Please explain here, its been 9 months and I have not received my refund till date.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a fraudulent company established for the sole aim of cheating and robbing people. I had booked two plots at the Nilgiri Greens, Padao in March, 2015 and paid more than Rs.13.63 lakh in good faith to this cheat. Subsequently, I followed up to them for the refund of my payment but to no avail. They finally, after more than 4 years, have given me post-dated cheques which have bounced because they had STOPPED PAYMENT of the cheques.
Do not fall for this fraud company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are FRAUD. I will not recommend anyone to do business with them or make any kind of investment in their company. The owner Vikas Singh is not reachable since 2019 once he promised on call to refund money in august first week. Since then I'm chasing owner and staff is not coperating to provide owner's contact number. Even Pradeep Yadav promised me in written that the company will pay refund in every 15 day. They looted more than 100 people in the name of their project (which are illegal and unauthorized, not approved by VDA) and not returning hard earned money of customers. Whenever ask nilgiri's employees to provide owners contact number they gave repeated not reachable number of Vikas Singh and following instructions of owner not to give his number to anyone and he is also not willing to meet or have word. The intention shows that they are fraud and circulating money to other businesses. They are in news for cheating people and so many fraud and scam cases against them are open. Vikas Singh if you're reading this just remember you will be in jail soon.
