★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am owner of 2 bhk flat in rudra heights, pahariya, varanasi. I had purchased flat in feb 2019 for a total cost of Rs. 53.50 lakhs. After purchase i havenot lived nor rented the flat till now ie dec 2021. When i came to my flat in the month of dec 2021 i tried to use my prepaid electricity connection but the society caretaker informed me that i have outstanding dues of Rs. 1.25 lakhs for society maintenance and electricity connection. I told them that i have not been informed of any outstanding dues since last two years. Neither i was informed at the time of purchase that i have to pay any monthly charges for my vacant flat. Although the builder staff has taken a sum of Rs. 50,000/- in cash of which they have not provided any receipt at the time of purchase in name of electricity and maintenance charges. Now they are asking to pay these bogus charges amounting to Rs. 1.25 lacs or else they will block my access to water and electricity in my flat. After contacting the concerned staff Mr abhas singh at their maldahiya, varanasi office his behavioir was very rude and unconcerned and he refused to acknowledge his mistake of cocealing such hidden charges at the time of registry and he also shrugged off his resposibility of not informing the owner regarding such charges since last two years. The staff of rudra builers whether sales or maintenance are engaged in fraudulent and miney making activities like mr rahul upadhyay, mr piyush agrawal and mr abhas singh. They are illegaling taking hard earned money of their gullible flat owners like me. Also the build quality is not good even after not using the flat for last two years since i bought it the electricity and bathroom fittings are falling off and there is seappage in walls. Please dont invest your hard earned money in hands of these xrooked people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poorest staff service I have buyed a flat by Rudra real estate but very dissatisfied with staff ...this is the place were staff doesn't have the knowledge of their job...they give incomplete information for customer just to sell the flat and complete their target.in last the real customer has to suffer.
