Irresponsible behaviour
I bought 5 Kurtis and asked them to do the pants also , they agreed and after making all the payments, they are delaying and postponing it, I bought the dresses for my brothers wedding functions , they committed to deliver on 14 th nov and on 13 th they said we won’t deliver till 20 th evening, by then the wedding will be over.
Never trust them, they are interested only in selling expensive stuff and not bothered about services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience. There was a sale so they didnt allow to try the piece, there were some marks on the dress which they told will be removed on dry clean so i purchased it. Later I saw that there were many small holes on the back of the dress which they didnt mention when i made the payment. I told please exchange or return the dress since i cant wear it but they argued rudely saying it will be neither exchanged nor returned.. Its fine that the product was on sale but they should atleast mention all the defects while they sell it! I wasn’t allowed to try the piece so even i couldnt notice!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an absolutely amazing experience with Zohaib bhaiya, he’s very cooperative and would go above and beyond to help you find the perfect fabric, he got every outfit stitched the exact way we wanted. Everyone in the wedding were stunned looking at the outfits and we received tons of compliments. All thanks to Zohaib bhaiya. The store should be lucky to have him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aasif Ally is the ‘above and beyond’ kind of experience in Indore. Special Mentions to Mr.Zoheb who is nothing less but the face of this Label. Only due to his persistence and love for the art the label has been designing and stitching exceptionally for my 3 year old baby boy for his each and every special occasion, that too since he was 1; which is very rare for any reputed label to do in the town. So, if you are looking for a nice custom-made experience. Go visit.

I ordered a lehenga with them. And they were super quick to deliver it to my city. Exactly how it was in the pictures. Super helpful on the video call and in answering all my questions. Would be looking forward to more purchases with this store :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased my bridal lehnga from Niloufer’s Sapna Sangeet store, I finalized my bridal lehnga for my wedding, I liked the lehnga but since it was Dummy piece it wasn’t fresh and poor in condition, I asked to make a new fresh piece, I was assured that a new fresh lehnga will be delivered and hence I was convinced and paid the amount.
When I received the product 2 days before my big day I was completely shocked by the quality of the product, it was dull and extremely poor in condition ( I have all the pictures and videos of unboxing) attached a sample, they have sent the same piece and it wasn’t new clearly, which is a case of dishonesty with the customer, the hand work and the stitching was broken all over the lehnga, the jardosi threads were poping out from the entire lehnga and many more flaws.
It did not give me satisfaction at all on my big day which is one of the most important day of our life, and I am completely disappointed and angry with this behavior from such a famous Designer store for which I travelled hundreds of km to get the best product , is this what they do ??
I have sent messages to the store but no one responded not a single reply, Since I don’t live in indore I couldn’t visit the store, and don’t want to waste more money. I would never ever recommend this to anyone, I wasted a lot of money so be aware.
PS: wedding is once in a lifetime moment I hope they understand the importance of products they are selling with big promises
