★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service. Rented dress 1 month beforehand yet they given wrong size pyjama with faulty zip. They dont even pay your security amount on time, i am calling them since last 2 days to handover my security amount and every time they assure but didn't make any transaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They do not have any system of giving a proper valid bill with GST number and everything. What they gave us for a bill of 24000/- was just a small piece of paper smaller than a business card with incomplete information on what amount has been paid and what is left to pay. When I went to pickup the product I had to argue with then about the amount that we had already paid and they were asking us to pay extra 5000 just because they forgot to note it down.

Played a very important role in ruining one of the best day of my life.
I live in mumbai, still visited indore 2 times specifically to give the measurements even after that the fitting was poor.
Till the date of delivery, jewellery was not ready and finally wrong rusty piece was handed to my sister. When i went back and complaint about it, no one was ready to listen , accept the mistake or cooperate.
Owner and workers there think that they are doing a favour by renting items for which they charge almost double of what is a usual rate in the market.
The place is unnecessary hyped and will not recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The attitude of staff is not appropriate. They continuously asked if I had any male member with me who will pay for lehengas, that was very demeaning. The waiting time is a lot and the trial rooms are filthy and stinky. The dresses offered also seemed old and dirty.
They didn't inform in advance that if you try lehengas you have to rent anyone from them on rent them and give a advance on that day itself. I told them that I will try them on and let them know my decision in one or two days as I am renting dress for my wedding, it was a big day for me and I needed some time to think before I decide. Which they didn't take well. They must understand that customers do not have free time to spend at their shops, it is a dress rental shop and not a theatre I would like to spend my time in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience, not attended properly, even not having basic business Etiquette.
Incident: "We reached at 3PM, and asked to show options, they replied, not possible, staff is not having lunch till now. We asked that person to show then, we got reply, 'not possible'. Then we asked, how much time it will take, then didn't get any reply."
We never expected this type of attending behavior at least in Indore, where I have always seen people good behavior with customer even though they don't have any option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 stars because to date I have only seen the selling part. Service part is yet to judge.
I can see mixed reviews here. Negative specially If the dress is rented by someone who resides outside indore.
My sister's wedding is in khargone, and I have booked a dress and matching jewellery for her big day 4 may 2022. It rented 3400 they asked all the money in advance so we paid. Not a single picture of whole dress look is allowed here so that we can show our partners or parents, see it's not possible to take them all along and roam around a city.
So overall fingers crossed that it will go as planned. And I wish the service don't ruin the big day. And things happen on time. Let's see. And I will update here soon, the service part ??
Also If I'd read the reviews before I would have asked about the security deposit. I saw in the register there were two columns related to payment. They read.. 3400 & 1000... I had the question to ask about the 1000 in my mind but forget to ask if you visit please ask about the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think it's the best one stop place for rental bridal wear, a huge collection with trending colors and new stock arrives every year with variety of price range colors and patterns to choose from, but just go with your parents if you really want to book otherwise they won't show interest in showing you their products. I think they will show there products only when you came there to book not just for seeing and going through their collection they won't take interest.
I faced a difficulty due to season period as they were in shortage of collection as they were booked by someone and were there with their customerd and will arrive shortly. They have 2branches one only for bridal and one also contains grooms dresses.
Best for rental just keep patience they have variety of choices. And just give a call and ask about the dates and take a note of dates they will be able to show you with collection in hand.
