Dr. Chetna Agarwal is MBBS, MD (Pathology) from prestigious Lady Hardinge Medical College, New Delhi. She also holds DNB degree and fellowship in clinical research from Medvarsity University (Apollo Hospital , Hyderabad ). ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sometimes when the pateint and patient's family have lost all the hopes , the only ray of hope which doesn't allow him or her to loose the confidence is doctor's kind words and empathy towards pateint.
My parents were traveling all the way to uttrakhand and I was first skeptical about Nimbus eyecentre.
But as soon as I had my first word with the doctor, I realised this was my best decision.
The doctor is so calm and gives enough time to explain the pateint about the issue not just blindly do anything on the name of medical heavy treatments.
He come down to level of common man nad explain every thing.
I was in Bangalore coordinating with him and he was really kind to pick my call and explain me everything about each proces.
And the staff of hospital,hats of to them.
They are extremely polite (which is very rare to see in hospital staffs)
From financial department Ritu to Maalhi reception each one of them was helpfull.
Trust me coming to this hospital for treatment will never make u regret about ur decision.
