★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 8 years run came to an end when I visited this particular branch. I wanted to update mine and my family members KYC - sounds silly it took 8 years.
In past 8 years I have visited various RMF branches in Thane, Mumbai even Karvy in Hyderbad. I kept submitting all asked documents everywhere with no result.
Ms. Bhavna- knew her job well and she guided me for documents and all procedures.
