★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Writing on behalf of my wife in her words - "It used to be very good, however the quality is deteriorating. It has become a chance thing, if you get some disinterested or frustrated staff then they finish the service fast and cut some steps and it has also become quite money minded after the new manager has come. I had gone for bridal enquiry and to refill my products that they recommend to use after service and the very rude manager turned me away by saying I hadn't visited for last 3 months and didn't even bother to find out why. I was treated differently from other clients who were doing the service just because I hadn't visited them in last 3 months when in reality I was out of town, even otherwise this is not the way to treat anyone!! I have been a regular client since more than 7 years, buying their products, recommending family members and doing monthly services. There was no respect or any loyalty and their prices are not cheap!! I have stopped visiting them since and will never go back or recommend to anyone. Sad to see such a good brand fail due to one Mulund branch"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had gone for full leg massage as I had severe pain due to marathon. Massage didn't cover overall acupressure points. Additionally full leg massage includes front and backside both. However the therapist did one side only. It was a 30 mins massage for which the therapist wrapped in and around approx 23 mins. Last time when I had done it, they had used Luke warm water towels to relax which wasn't used this time. Overall experience pathetic. Quite disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried the Head to Toe massage and facial here as one of my friend had recommended. And glad I did as the services from entering the spa to the end is 5 stars.
The front desk is very courteous and helps choose best services as per yours preferences and needs. Then the spa therapist was very well trained and knowledgeable as well. Everything used here is natural and feels really good. The massage was amazing and makes you feel de-stress and relaxed.
Thank you Nirmal Herbal for an awesome spa day and a great start to 2021.
