★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've generally had a very good experience at this salon for most of my visits but my last visit was quite disappointing.
One of the staff members named Priyanka did my facial - the massage was sub-par done too hastily and some pack applied was kept for 15+ minutes when I specifically had requested for it to be removed in 5-7 minutes as my skin is sensitive.
She was so busy in her own world that she din't come back to the service room for a long time. When I mentioned this, she took the feedback negatively and was quite rude. She said she could not do my pedicure and asked me to come the next day as she was busy! What! I mean, i get that you can be busy but how can you ask a client to come the next day?! I found it quite weird as she has previously provided services for me and this was so so strange! I get that anyone can have a bad day but she behaved really weird.
I was leaving anyways when the owner ( he is super polite, respectful and accommodative) arranged for another staff member to provide service to me and she was really good (I don't recollect her name but she was very nice to talk to and dedicated to her work.) Owais, is another staff who does a great job and is quite friendly. MY respect for the owner is the only reason I did not create an issue but my message to owner would be to please keep your staff in check.
While I think it is important to mention if service is good, it is equally important to give honest feedback when the service is substandard because just like me a lot of people visit salons and places based on reviews.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Post lockdown also the services are At Par as earlier. Also, with All the safety measures taken. Staff as usual friendly and informative. I wanted a haircut n Hairspa, the stylist named Uvaish suggested good one for me for time being, also guiding as to what needs to be done for a few more months for a good texture. However, my husband had a body massage n steam. The steam didn't work properly and it was on chargeable basis. But had a good body massage though.
Overall Experience of my Husband And myself was amazing. Especially the worry of whether safety measures are actually taken or no, went off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ it was really a great experience.. special thanks to poonam mam.. she did her job very nicely... Owaish sir is the best Professional Hair stylist i have ever met in my life.. Superbly he done my hair color then highlights and hair cut.. After working hours also he stayed and done all.. And not even like his work time is over so doing all in speed. No, He properly done it all. Thank you so much Poonam Mam, Owaish sir and special thanks to shiva sir.
