The major problem here is that there's an open sewage line just behind this apartment and at random times you can hear noise of industrial chemical water being dumped via some pipeline. That's just too foul smelling!!!! Which stinks the air outside as well as inside the appartment.
2ndly, you MAYBE given lift service to take all luggage & furniture when you shift in. But when you shift out, the management won't allow you to use lift to bring down the luggage via lift, you need to use stairs no matter what.
3rd, Overly congested space, including basement, nearby open space inside the society.
