โ โ โ โ โ Yoga for me is a journey to my Self.It all began with the focus on physical asanas but gradually through the practice I started to notice , awareness has expanded greatly. From observing the breath while holding the posture to observing and experiencing life in the very present moment. So then I realized, its a constant transformation of Self-being that goes far beyond the yoga classroom. I continue discovering great qualities , joy and blessings through yoga practice. I feel myself in the infinite depth to the teachers who across my way and share their knowledge and experience. Thankyou from the bottom of my heart , dear Brijesh Sir one of those.

It's not just their mastery of dancing but the shear joy they seem to feel about being up on stage performing for family, friends and strangers. There is such a wonderful balance of disipline, fun and an extraordinary self confidence in each and every dance.

โ โ โ โ โ Nirvana art studio given me self-confidence to dance freely. I like how the teachers focus on your mistakes and show and tell you how to fix them. When we do the moves correctly and we've been working on them they congratulate us. Going to each lesson is always a joy because the combination are different and exciting. I have also made lots of new friends. In the future, I hope to continue to perform in front of audiences on stage. Thank you Nirvana art studio ?

You all have a great yoga practice and I am so happy that I found you and was able to learn so much. Iโm stronger now than ever before. I will stay here for at least another month to practice and learn more. I would recommend anyone to come and take your course. And if you ever make a brochure, or need some quotes for your website about how awesome and helpful your course is, I would be happy to speak on your behalf. I will always hold you all fondly in my heart. Your knowledge is now part of my own yoga lineage. Thank you so much for everything and I look forward to continuing my practice with you.

โ โ โ โ โ Nirvana is the best! We had three very different songs that we merged together for our first dance, they each required very different dance styles, and neither of us knew how to dance. In just a few short classes, Nirvana choreographed a really fun set of dances and steps that even we novices could handle. The best part? Not only did we get tons of compliments on our first dance from the wedding guests, but even the caterers, photographer, and DJ told us it was the best first dance theyโd seen. I cannot recommend Nirvana enough. Plus it was just fun! Weโre hoping to go back for more lessons in the future
