★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love Yoga. It makes me feel alive. I have been practicing Yoga for many years. But I felt, something was missing in my Yoga practice due to lack of deeper knowledge in it. I decided to have a Yoga Teacher Training Course (YTTC) from a place in India where I can learn it thoroughly and extensively. I found 'Nirvana Yoga & Meditation Centre [Address: Swiss Cottage & Spa by Salvus, Tapavan Bypass Road, Rishikesh, Uttrakhand, PIN-249192 (INDIA)] is one of the best Yoga Schools in the Yoga Capital of India. There I took a 200 Hours YTT Course which was really unforgettable. They provided me all the facilities: a nice room in Swiss Cottage for staying long days, healthy food at 'Oasis' and 'Pink Cafe', good environment for learning Yoga and Meditation as a Yoga Trainer. The Yoga Teachers, specially Dr. Trijita Goswami, Miss Rakhi Gupta and others of this School are all well qualified and well versed in subjects both in Theory & Practices with the Philosophy of Yoga Sutra. I learnt that by practicing good Yoga postures with correct alignment, proper breathing exercises and Meditation makes us healthier and happier in our lives. There I learnt all the techniques covers in the Yoga Teacher Training programme based on those qualities of International standard from such a wonderful group of teachers which I never forget. Though I expected more in-house facilities in the Yoga Hall which needed some sort of smart improvement. I hope that the authority will definitely look after and improve it as quickly as possible. Thanks to the authority of 'Nirvana Yoga & Meditation Centre' of Rishikesh for giving me such a life changing opportunity to learn Yoga as a Teacher.
