Worst boutique in this whole wide world, I got my Eid outfit stitched and it’s so badly made that I’m literally crying looking at it as I won’t be able to wear it ever.
2.Over Priced
Over priced to the point that they charged me more than what was told first and when I mentioned the outfit wasn’t stitched properly the owner refused to cooperate in anyway.
3. Worst Customer Service Ever
Did not alter it properly, did not refund when I refused to take the outfit, wasn’t of any help at all.
Customer service is zero!
4. Inexperienced tailors
They have no knowledge of fabric, just to increase the cost of the dress they added lining to it when it was a free-flowing dress and didn’t specially require a lining for the sake of its fall. The cutting was also wrong and the karigar agreed that master cut it wrong but they didn’t fix it to give the customer what was promised.
I spent so much on this outfit and I threw it away soon as I got it. They should value other’s money and hope with which we customise our outfits but they don’t.
Pls don’t ever visit this place, I literally have nothing to wear for Eid now. Such a last minute blunder this experience has been. I regret going to this boutique.
Money, Time & Energy everything wasted.
