I was using a cotton mattress earlier and was looking forward to switching to a proper mattress. Since I purchased Sleepwell Ultra, there’s immense relief from back pain. Was told a wait time of 5 business days.
Post the 7th day, i was that apparently the sleepwell logistics misplaced it.
Finally on the 12th business day, i waa told your mattresses are not available and we can give you back your advance. Informed sleepwell customer care, which were “shocked” and “casual” about it.
Basically, we the customers are so much that one “bad case” dosent really matter or bother anybody
Very convinient right? Those 12 days, they kept me guessing was as per this outlet was “slight inconvinience”.
I paid via card but was offered cash as return, which i refused.
Kindly save your time and go to other reliable shops in the market like “batla” and “sita fabrics”.

Worst experience..got call saying already many pending orders, so is it my job to finish pending orders... Customer is not interested in your incompetence....what a customer service... Now said will take 1 week more.... Will never refer this to anyone..

Very polite and Courteous staff. Presently, a scheme is going on wherein company is claiming cash back minimum 10% of the purchase and maximum upto INR twenty five thousand. This amount would be sent on registered (with them while making purchase) mobile number and can be redeemed instantaneously for making another purchases
