★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never book from this travels. Zero professionalism, not well informed about the closing and operational hrs of the places..we lost a lot of money .... Places were closed...no one guided us..we were new to the city..I had asked for an experienced driver and the owner said all his ppl r good and experienced. it will be a huge loss booking from here....the man who runs the show is very very unprofessional and rude..doesn't have manners to talk to females....will shy away from taking ownership if things go haywire..will ask for payment half way the trip and will not move the vehicle if payment is not made...very unreliable and unprofessional..will do anything to complete trips to increase the distance km. irrespective the place is even shut...don't plan anything with this Nitu Travels.. especially if r with kids and old people.. I will see what more can be done ro spread word about the same..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bus driver was not listening on the route to follow , as we were suggesting faster route but I think these driver know more than Google and make us stuck in jam for 3 hours on return from Jim Corbett, not a good service to opt .
Please choose other travelling partner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We took their bus to Agra and have since vowed to stay away from such unprofessional people. Their driver was rude and probably wanted to save money on cng due to which he drove very slowly and then refused to take us for a planned trip within agra. I had submitted a detailed email listing my program but their management didn't read it and gave me a quote based on initial discussions. Then they wanted to blame me for not having told them about sightseeing in Agra. Bus was supposed to be luxury ac but was old with bad suspension and a number of broken push back levers. Unprofessional management, bad buses and worst possible driver. Better to stay away and find other agencies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner's son is a big negative point here. I was there at the place for a business deal. Even though the owner's son has no work, he refused to talk about the business deal and continued to chat with the girls around. Coming to the quality of the bus, they were not so great. Maintenence is poor but the prices are competitive with some other best players. Although I don't know the condition of the bus but the maintainence of the seats are really really poor. Since the operations guy Pankaj is a hardworking, giving 3 star rating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hired a bus from Lodhi Road to New Delhi railway station to drop 38 students on 09th September 2018. The amount agreed was Rs. 3500/- + 5% GST. The man who arranged the bus told me that he will not charge any parking, because it is only for dropping the students at the station. The driver was very impolite and stopped the bus about one kilometer from our pick up point and we had to walk all the way with the luggage. The bus was a dilapidated one and very slow. Once we reached the station, I paid the driver the amount we have agreed upon. Today (12th September) I rang up and asked for the bill for our accounts, the man who took the phone told me that they will not give the bills since I did not pay the parking charge of Rs. 200/-. I have paid the money which was agreed upon and GST also is paid but they are refusing to give receipts for that.
It is terrible. The dealing with the customers is very harsh and impolite. This is my experience with the Nitu Travels.

We have communicated that in bus we will get music system along with LED TV and mic however all the things are not in working condition.
In the music system slot for USB, auxiliary are broken and Bluetooth device not compatible with amplifier.
We have discussed with Pankaj many times in two days to solve the issues but nothing was taken care.
our trip experience was became very bad as we spent approx 18 hours in bus without music..

Value for Money- We were not expected volvo like bus as we paid very competitive price.
