I really appreciate how they helped me in losing weight despite of having PCOD. the main problem with pcod patients is binge eating . She helped me to overcome with dis problem . Now i feel full whole day.. second problem is blemish n achne .. and dull face.. now my face have glow n is achne free... She always helped me eat healthy diet .
