★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On June month 2021, I had recived call from HR Kamala Singh from NLB services for WFM senior Associative position in NTT DATA Company. I had attended all the rounds and cleared it. On June 29th HR Kamal called me told you have been selected in NTT DATA Company for WFM senior Associative position and an email was also sent to me and dropped reliving letter in current organization and started documentation process and BGV Process. Everything is okay from my side she said. After that 15 days time passed and haven't received any response and they haven't released offer letter. One Day HR KAMALA SINGH messaged me in what's app stating that take back your resignation from your current organization. I had asked why, she replied lame reason and she mentioned in future we will call for this if project is allocated. They had wasted almost my 45 days time and they have cheated by saying selected in NTT DATA , they have collected all my documents. I'm suggesting people don't attend any interviews which will be scheduled by NLB Service . One of worst and cheating Company I had every seen. I was suppose to give 0 rating as there is no option I had given 1 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Received a call for an interview this month on short notice and I've attended the interview on the same day for the client Publicis Sapient. The interviewer was a westerner or American who took the interview. It was going well and I had hope of getting the offer. The very next day I received a call from NLB HR Neha Yadav conveying to me that the interview result was positive and asked me to send my certificates and IDs as soft copies. When I asked for the offer letter, she told me that they need to send the details to the concerned team to release the offer. I have sent all the requested documents. On the third day, I received a call from Neha Yadav again saying that the Sapient project is on hold and I'll try to find another project for you and disconnected the call. Seriously? Is this the way to treat a candidate? I don't know what will happen using my documents. I'm another disappointed victim. For NLB services, this is just another day for their criminal activity.

My name is Madhusudhan Reddy I was received call from HR team on 14.01.2022 for interview call and interview completed on24.01.2022 I was selected in this company on 31-01-2022 I received a call from HR for documents and I was uploaded all the relevant documents offer is not released till now one month time is wasted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Google reviews are actually correct, nlb service is just a darkness in the consulting business that won't spare you unless you are blind, i have been interviewed for their cleint and was shortlisted as nlb told on email to , it was merely a absolute waste of my time and and harrasment, first they keepon calling you for all the paperwork and once all papers are submitted, they will not reply at all. My precious 6 days were wasted. Neha, Jyoti and reema were the contact person at NLB.
Stay away and save yourself from disappointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never process any job through this consultancy, they just make fool the people. Never share any documents to this organisation. After two round of interviews they send me an email to share all my documents educational (10th Marksheet 12 Marksheet all Marksheet of graduation semester) and professional (all companies offer letter, experience letter salary slip bank statement…) form 16 and told me that offer is in progress. After some time they just told me position is closed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They recruited me for a job while I still worked nights in my current position. I made the recruiter aware of this and told him that I would do whatever paperwork is required before 4pm ( I have my grandson and then try to rest). He was also informed that I cannot talk on the phone while on shift. The next day, he called me 11 times from 4 different numbers (throughout the entire day), and then 3 times at midnight and 3am on a weekend. I’d previously completed all paperwork the same day and didn’t know where this harassment came from. Ultimately, I declined the position after another 3am call. This made me extremely uncomfortable and was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a potential employer.
