unprofessional behaviour of staff (very rude)
hand sanitizer are not there in hospital.
Even after govt. Guidelines in covid19 crisis.
Even we have proper documentation.
They made 3 persons to wait for 6 hours for covid19 test at lab.
From my personal experience i have few words to say
??? VISIT AT YOUR OWN RISK???

In MRI DEPARTMENT they don't even remind to keep away mobile coin_ belt.
Corona test results comes in 24 hr's they give us report emails after 32 hrs
No good work by all new staff.only fighting and shouting.charges too high. Demography Dr asking us problem then making report they can't find problem in there monitor

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible front desk service, they were wasting time talking to each other, making loud noises, asking to wait for a longer time.
Plus we were asked to share receipt of our payment done digitally, where their team has to confirm the payment amd we are being troubled by saying that it is a rule which we have to follow or otherwise the test will not be conducted.
Please look into the matter, or else the upper management are good at ignoring grievances of the patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is awesome, staff is polite, and interior is excellent! The palace is quiet, with calming environment. It's not so crowded everyday, but at times it is. Once visited here for a check-up and my experience was very nice, with the staff and the environment too.
The only low point here is we have to wait just too much. The appointments get delayed a lot! One appointment takes a whole day!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is totally pathetic. Did a Covid test on 9th of Sept. was difficult to reach the Homevisit number initially. Was promised the report the same evening or next day morning. It was for a maid who I had put up at a hotel in quarantine. So booking was done accordingly. On the 10th I just couldn’t reach them. Tried every possible way email, WhatsApp, called all their centers but no response. Out of desperation I booked with another lab and the entire process was very smooth. But I had to extend the maids stay with food for 36 hours and luckily they had a cancellation and could accommodate her. Today is the 11 evening. Just got a message from NM saying payment due. They can keep the report with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic experience. They charge so much, but no coordination among people working there. I am still awaiting my CT scan reports which I was told I would get on the same day, so booked my appointment with the hepatologist accordingly. Every time I call, they keep extending the timing to collect the report. Everyone gives different promises and different answers. I wouldn't never recommend this place to anyone. Unprofessional attitude of staff at the reception.
