★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This NMIMS is kind of money making business, where the students have to pay additionally for the failure of NMIMS in arrangement of infrastructure for exams. And their illiterate proctors have no idea of what exactly are the guidelines for exams. They take the defense of common sense but the same is missing at their end. NMIMS proctors will willfully pause your exams harass you while you are giving the exams and you end up closing the terminal and ultimately you will be paying them fees for exam again and again. Further they say that they have started course for working professional but they do not even know about the life of working professionals. People from NMIMS will keep following up with you and make your life hell until the payment is made for re registration but once we pay the amount everyone takes a pillow and a blanket and goes for sleep. Working professional like me are trapped here but honestly speaking if you want something better in terms of education then one should look for any other institution except NMIMS. Here the students will keep paying for the failure of NMIMS. And interestingly they will not even try to solve the problem faced by students.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the month of May 2021, I enrolled myself into a diploma program. And by the month of June I decided to drop the program. I had a word with the counselor that is provided by NMIMS to every student and the counselor advised me to complete the first semester and apply for the refund once the first semester is over. Later, i got to know i wont be getting any refund as NMIMS has policy, where a person can get refund if the apply for it within the first 5 months of the enrollment. That's where i got tricked. After alot of requests and addressing my problem. I received an email by my enrollment partner that i'll be receiving my refund due to the mistake made from their end. Yet i haven't received the refund and I'm not receiving any replies of my e-mails. This has been a terrible experience. a waste of time and energy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Average or below average classes offered with absolutely no student support. The distance programs are like a scam. The tutors are rushing to finish the rat race by speeding up through the syllabus. Even the concepts which we can learn quickly from Youtube or from books itself are twisted and made complex. There is no approachable support system available. There will be tests after every 2-3 classes. The distance courses are not meant for working professionals. The requirements which they tell you before paying the course fee changes swiftly once you're enrolled. The course will not give any understanding of concepts, nor do they make an effort to improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a TOTAL SCAM……..by mistakenly I applied to bba course thinking that this is nmims, they charged 6200 rupees and didn’t send me the application form. They don’t receive calls , neither do they reply to any emails.
This is a very bad impact on the reputation of nmims.
