★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Noba Nagar Community Hall is basically the Noba cultural centre established by the Noba Housing Cooperative Society. This is meant for the social and cultural functions by the Housing Society or its parent body NOBA I.e. Netarhat Old Boys Association.
The Centre is close to the Khoja imli on Anisabad- Phulwari Road. It is quite peaceful. Sufhicient Parking space is available on the wide roads leading to the Premises.
The halls and the premises are available for use by others for family, social and cultural functions , on the recommendation of any member of the Society, on payment of reasonable charges .
