β β β β β Beware all tourist, this is the worst hospital, I had an xray on 22nd March, which confirmed that I have a foot fracture and although the orthopaedic consultant confirmed its Fracture, he insisted that there is no need for a cast plaster, its only when I went to other town in Ahmedabad hospital, I was advised that the cast plaster is needed due to fracture and the damage has gone worse as I walked around without a cast, therefore I had a castand the same thing was confirmed again when I visted my local hospital in United Kingdom

β β β β β Really pathetic experience. Never visit this lab even if it's the last place in panaji.
Staff doesn't care at all about customer relations.
No proper queue. No etiquette at all.
Doesn't have any standards of operation.

β β β β β Pathetic. Your job is to give sick people medicine. It doesn't matter if it's a strike. How come you sell medicine to people who come from your clinic but not outsiders. There's no humanity in this place. I wanted medicine for my two year old boy and I had a valid prescription from Dr yet you turned me away . Pathetic.
I can't change people mind but if whoever reads this please, don't buy medicine from there.

β β β β β Worst clinic, worst experience. No proper reception, no information how to consult doctors. As soon as you go pity staff offers a chart which have all doctors names and their phone numbers, and they will say to call the doctor you need. Can you tell me, is this the way you pick doctor? You rubbish people, go to hell. I had called as per their suggestion, then doctor is rejecting the call. Bye bye you people

β β β β β I lost my father to this hospital. Looks great when recommended by people like Dr. Oscar but the facilities are really poor. What's worse are the staff and nurses. Even the consultant doctors are insensitive. Thorns in patient gowns, spiders in bed sheets are just a few disgraces to name but the biggest one is that a patient is admitted here for over 2 weeks and receives no oral care until we, as the patient's family realized that and reported it. What's more heartbreaking is that they said "Oh! Don't worry, we'll do it now." Sometimes you know that a patient is in a bad shape but when you bring to a hospital, you expect atleast some comfort from the perspective of medical standards. They don't even know how to clean someone who can't get up from the bed. They left him in severe rashes and wounds in the rear. My father was a fantastic guy but his last days at Campal, a regret I'd have to live with.

β β β β β Poor facilities. Bad experience during emergency early morning hours at the lab. It says 24hrs available, but i waited for 40mins. No one is concerned.
