★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have took medicines and made online payment but due to technical issue that time it got failed so I paid cash on 1st January 2022 and today I got msg from bank that same I credited to merchant but when I contacted merchant he is not replying properly and staff is very rude and guided me that there is process u have to wait will call u yet no call nothing I have recieved pathetic service by staff and no response at all zero rating

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to get sanitary napkins at around 11 pm, they made me ask them about 5 times and constantly gave me the wrong options. The customers crowding around were majorly men, and I felt extremely unsafe when I had to repeatedly ask and get ignored for 15 mins, I was basically begging them to give me my sanitary napkins to just get out of there. I was also looking for prescribed anti depressants and my enquiries were constantly turned down and ignored. I really hope they improve their service!
