★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited before also that time I faced no issues. Previous experience was nice. But this time I have to say this is my bad experience at J.B.Nagar shop. They do not bother about hair damage. Always they are in a hurry. They are very much into how fast they can dry my hair. They have no thought about whether such heat results in skin irritation. Very unprofessional and bad service. But haircut is nice I love that.

I will definitely go back in couple of weeks and would recommend this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At first I was annoyed because the cost of the haircut exceeded my expectations. But it's been a few months and my hair still looks amazing. Usually after getting a haircut your hair will look good from the setting that they do. But later on it looks bad but after getting a haircut from here ny hair has stayed amazing. I've never had a haircut that was so expertly done and suited my face so much. Thanks a lot you guys and sorry about leaving a bad review earlier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been here thrice by now for services like Waxing, Eyebrows and Hair Spa.Totally satisfied with the experience I have had over here.❤️I have always been skeptical about my eyebrows to be done right. However Ms. Komal and Ms. Aarti have done it exceptionally well. Hair spa service is too good. It’s extremely relaxing and comforting. To add to this, the experts here are extremely polite, humble and soft spoken and always smiling ☺️ .They always have adhered to the appointment timings(The best part). Looking forward to be here soon by next month. Kudos to the team for their hard work and dedication ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just to get this out there - all salon sucks in Andheri east.
Now getting on to this one. So I came to Mumbai for a couple of weeks from NCR to visit a friend so I went jawed Habib's for a haircut for one of my another friend's wedding, it's a special one. I specifically told the hair stylist to not trim it too short, just the enough amount to have spikes. What he did was to crop it to the core. so much so that i can't even move my hair to one direction of the partition.
It's been 3 weeks but i still don't have enough hair on my head to go to a better salon and get it fixed. THEY MESSED UP SO BAD!!!
This wasn't the end. When i told him that this is not what i wanted and even after providing specific instructions why was it cropped so short, the answer i got was that it's my hair's density that's low and i need one of their special products to get that fixed. Which, of course, will be of "extra-charge".
