★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The people working here have no work ethic. Even after having an appointment, I had to wait for 30 mins to get my haircut started! The place wasn't running at capacity and only 2/8 salon chairs were occupied. The stylist smell of cigarettes and my appointed stylist was right around chilling on their phones, but did not care about what was going on. People chew tobacco in the salon openly. God knows how this place is running with repeat customers. I wish there was an option of ZERO stars. Avoid this establishment. Even the guys at the counter are clueless with whats going on and chilling outside the salon. When it comes to selling the services, they will oversell the premium packages to mint money. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They charge 1000 for membership and say that u can avail these as points whenever you feel and send stupid emails in ur email spams. The points expire when they wish too and ur money goes in waste coz they decide when to and when not to give points.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantatsic spa to get a range of services. I got a manicure, pedicure and a haircut. All 3 were amazing experiences with attention to detail. Prices are slightly on the high side but this is a top quality place and you definitely get what you pay for. Friendly and helpful staff. Appointment advised.

manicure and pedicure regular one. after reaching the enrich branch at Tandon mall, andheri east, the technician told me that the products for REGULAR service, was unavailable, so the only option left with me was to go for a higher, actual double value service. this is a strategy to make the customer pay more.
i preferred to walk out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my go-to salon because each and every member of the staff is super friendly & cooperative. The hairstylists especially! My personal favourite there are Suvidha & Bhagyashree. These 2 women know my hair at it’s very best!!! The salon happen s to be very close from my home so I can visit anytime I like! Must visit!
