★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in urgent for cash and I applied online in HDfc but they called me after 5 days, than I saw FB post of sbfc and called them within 3 hours their Loan officer KAUSHIK JAIN and RATNESH MURUDKAR were at my doorstep and got Loan disbursed within 50min. Thank you KAUSHIK no RATNESH

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So dumb people inside. I waited for 3 hours for only foreclosure letter and LOD. I was in hurry n I told them that I need to go to Pune for emergency. But the employees are working too slowly. For a single customer they are taking so much of time for small work only. I was standing in front of them n they were on personal call asking their kids, had lunch or not, where are you now bla bla bla. So bad n slow service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very high handed approach. For only current month delay recovery person Sunil Vinchu visited residence and stubbornly refused to give a day. Insisted that he will not go unless payment is made.This was inspite of regular monthly payment for over 40 months. A deliberate attempt to harass the family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't even deserve a single rating, they have a strategy to deduct the emi twice from your account and take 1 month to refund the same that too after several follow up and refund will be lesser then actual amount. Custome care executive are rude on the call. Pathetic experience. Will suggest never go with them
