★ ★ ★ ★ ★ fully disappointed with sbi card service they don't bother about customer service, they are only sending bills, i did only 4days delay to pay yearly card fee for that they are charging late payment fees now it's comes rs.5400 late payment charges horrible only 4days late payment,penalty charges thiiiis muucch, how yaar kuch toh sharam karo, even no any branch nearby me where i want to close this after discuss, how pathetic, i suggest don't go with this card

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i have a DD in the name of SBI to clear my old Credit card outstanding ; but these people are just not accepting the DD ; no idea why
The DD is still not cleared with no reason given
When i ask for the acknowledgement while dropping the DD ; that too they have not provided
Pathetic service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really I faced (I opted for automatic billing on every 7 day of month even though I paid before 5th (79,023) still they are fined me 1600 rupees and saying dis honour charges why..? I pay 2 days early even though they charged had a worst experience this is 2nd time in past 4years I think that I need close my account...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont take this card is worthless, not properly response from the call centre 15 days regularly follow-ups for closing my card but still my card is not closed ,my father don't know how to use this card, but your employee sale sold this card to my father said this your new debit card , seriously you people don't have heart u just want owned profit . Please guys dont take this card
