★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think organisation is working for the only processing fees. Bank representative cheating peoples by stating high LTV at time of login and later on they refuse that their organisation can't fund this much as their LTV (Loan to property value ratio) is less. though the same same valuation has come in the valuation report which I stated at the time of application. Representative also asked for the additional money as bribe for getting higher valuation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Useless Housing finance bank. Doesn't lower the interest rate even if RBI and other banks do. Height of pathetic service is that they don't care of their customers by not listening to the problem or not giving fast track solution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easily accessible from western Express highway as also Vile Parle station. Housing Finance is Situated in the first floor. Entrance is from behind. Ground floor is occupied by the Bank and ATM. Fast and appreciable quality of service. 5 stars for quick and customer friendly approach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place to work here worst place to get the loans from this branch. Operation department is really bad and don't have manners how to treat customer and their valuable documents. Their is lotsa office politics envoled within customer service department. Senior managers don't have manners to treat their own employees and customers too. Operation and disbrusment department are so bad they even don't care about their own sales department person. Nor that department have knowledge about their own system and developer schemes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wish there was a minus rating. PNB Housing finance work from Delhi office and for everything related to home loan you have to write and for each request they charge Rs. 590+ GST request like statement, loan closure which can be printed in less than Rs. 10 paper. Their rate of interest is unusually high, I am paying 9.4% whereas othe NBFC offers 8.5 and bank lower than 8.5.
BEWARE PNB housing finance is NOT PNB BANK.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ground floor is the bank. Don't ever open an account here. Their service is pathetic. Infrastructure always has an issue. Either someone is absent or the machine is non functional. Everyday there is a huge queue. Unnecessaily long waiting time. Impolite staff. Deposits happen superfast withdrawals are an issue. They won't tell you that there's an issue with your account unless your cheque transaction is rejected and you go and enquire about the same. We never had these issues while banking with United Bank these issues have come up due to their merger.
