★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't even want to give the 1 star, but that is not the option :) As some comments already mention, shopkeeper behavior is very rude, I will very very rude. I purchased some books and ask him at what rate he will take them back if return as it is, he said bring them when you want, We will see. I took the book back just next day because found it to be from another university syllabus even without opening the bundle. He said go back, and come after 6months when semester is end. I told him you can take it back on the same rate, you will take after semester but it started yelling at me. He said "Customer ki sunega to dhanda kab krega". Almost abuse me. Then they cry that online companies are eating our business, I wish that online company must eat each of these kind of ignorant, rude and stupid shopkeeper. They should be given a lesson that abusing one customer is not a single customer now, they are abusing a person who can put it online and he can lose all the customers.

*This shop buys old engineering books at Rs.25 per book whether good or bad condition.
* If your book is upto 3 year old then u can get Rs.45 each book.
* You can say they offer 10-12% on old books MRP.
* Don't Follow GPS, you need to find PNB this place is behind PNB.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let me share my experience with this shop. Yes, one can get engineering books from this shop. I went to this shop to ask whether they buy old quantum books. Shopkeeper told that he buys old books. I asked for what rate will he be buying it. He said that he can tell only if I will bring books at his shop. I said at least you can give me an idea of rates & on what basis like how old books are, how torn books are etc, you buy so that I could decide whether to bring them or not. He just said he will only tell if I bring them at his shop. Let me tell you why, when one brings books to his shop, he has two options: one to sell to him at very cheap rate whatever he decides or to carry them back with him.
When I told him that what is the sense of buying old books when you can't tell on what rate you buy them. He tells, "Itna Dimaag Chalate to engineer hi na ban jate tumhari tarah".
Bhai phle, accha dukandar hi ban le, engineer to baad ki baat hai.
Definitely, not any business ethics.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought some second hand books from here last year with a promise that I can simply return the books and 40% amount will be refunded. But the promise wasn't kept. I have the shop thrice this year to return the books and everytime the shop owner makes one excuse or the other.
Last time I visited on March 25th and was asked to visit after 18th April and upon visiting today (Alril 25th), I was asked to visit after another 15-20 days.
Lame excuses are being given that "they don't have space" to keep the returned books (I just have 5 books and everyone would know how much space 5 books take in an entire shop).
Also, a student visited to get a black-ink print out of 2 pages and was charged ₹30! This is the level of unprofessionalism.
Rating them down for a highly unprofessional behaviour.
